Krista Cox is a poet, counseling student, and freelancer. In addition to Doubleback Review, Krista is Managing Editor of The Wardrobe and an Associate Poetry Editor at Stirring: A Literary Collection. She’s the Executive Director of Lit Literary Collective, and on the Board of Directors of the LGBTQ Center of South Bend, Indiana. Samantha Edmonds is the author of the fiction chapbook Pretty to Think So, forthcoming from Selcouth Station Press later in 2019. Katie Bell
Katherine Bell is a fiction writer from Frederick, Maryland who earned her MFA from Eastern Washington University, where she worked as a fiction editor for Willow Springs Literary Magazine. She currently serves as the Director of SAFTA Films with the Sundress Academy for the Arts in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her short fiction has appeared in Grub Street Literary Magazine, The Fem, and Connotation Press, among others.

Hayli May Cox
Hayli May Cox is a PhD Candidate studying English/Creative Writing and Women’s and Gender Studies at The University of Missouri, though she’s really a Michigander. She primarily writes speculative fiction, flash fiction, and creative nonfiction essays, and she has taught literature, fiction, and creative nonfiction at various levels. Her stories and essays have been published online and in print, and she is currently working on one story collection and two book projects. Hannah Kitterman
Hannah Kitterman is a native Tennessean currently living in Knoxville. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2018 where she studied English Literature and French. During her time at UTK Hannah was a member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band where she played the trombone and gained valuable life experience with heartbreaking losses and feverous fandom. Hannah is currently serving as a member of AmeriCorps with I Bike KNX, an organization that raises awareness for bicyclists and pedestrians and advocates for safe bicycling habits. You can find her at various intersections in Knoxville counting the number of pedestrians and people riding bicycles or reading with a cup of coffee while on the lookout for dogs to pet. She has never met a burrito or a four-legged animal that she did not love.

Morgan Dante
A native of North Georgia, Morgan is a published writer and poet. Their poetry and short stories have been published by Honey & Lime, Vamp Cat Mag, Z Publishing House, TL;DR Press, and Marias at Sampaguitas. Their debut novel, Dove Keeper, came out in October 2018. They currently work as a co-editor for Exhume—a literary magazine for queer trauma survivors—and as a social media intern for Sundress Publications.
